Growth continues as Phillips makes second acquisition in 2016
to further expand its Document Management Services in Central Pennsylvania.
MIDDLETOWN, PA (DECEMBER 2, 2016) – North Central Digital Systems (NCDS) of 800 Continental Blvd, Danville was acquired by Phillips Office Solutions (PHI) of 501 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, PA on December 1, 2016. This is the second acquisition for Phillips in 2016. In January, Phillips acquired Phillips Supply House of Montoursville, PA.
This acquisition along with the current staff from Phillips Supply House will strengthen Phillips’ presence in Northern and Central Pennsylvania and allow them to provide more efficient service to clients in the area.
“We’ve been working cooperatively with Phillips for years to help each other serve our clients better. The merger is a natural and will give us additional capabilities like Enterprise Content Management, Network Services and many other document management solutions,” said NCDS President, Mike Nash.
Phillips CEO, Peter Phillips said that “NCDS is one of the strongest dealers in their market. They will expand our coverage across Central PA from State College to Hazelton and give us complete coverage in the mid-State from the New York to Maryland. We are delighted to add them to our team.”
NCDS will continue to operate under Nash’s leadership and will retain their company name.
