Coco Training Responsibilities:

  • Call all viable candidates within 36 hours.
  • Learn about the culture of the client’s company and sales organization.
  • Lead with a sense of urgency.
  • Provide qualified candidates.
  • Work collaboratively with our clients.
  • Provide each client with a well- crafted On-Boarding Process, Expectations, and Activity System.
  • Help attract high quality candidates leading to better selections.
  • Act as “Trusted Advisor” to candidates.
  • Above all, follow the process outlined in the Statement of Work.

Client’s Responsibilities:

  • Contact your CTC Advisor as soon as face-to-face interview is completed to discuss.
  • Act with a sense of urgency knowing the best candidates are considering other opportunities as well.
  • Utilize the Interview Process shared.
  • Grade out each candidate using the Evaluation Form.
  • Promote a culture that includes a positive work environment, employee growth and development, as well as a plan for on-going sales skill training.
  • Have a plan for second interview and next steps for valued candidates.
  • Prepare personnel to create an offer letter in writing.
  • Above all, follow the process outlined in the Statement of Work.
