MELVILLE, N.Y., August 26, 2014 – Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, today announced that four of its newest line of imageCLASS laser multifunction printers (MFPs) support Apple AirPrint® wireless printing from iPad®, iPhone® and iPod touch®. AirPrint1 allows users to wirelessly2 print photos, email, web pages and documents without installing device drivers.

 

AirPrint compatible Canon models include the imageCLASS MF229dw, MF227dw, MF216n, and MF212w laser multifunction printers. AirPrint is compatible with the iPad (all models), iPhone (3GS and later), and iPod touch (3rd generation and later) and requires iOS 4.2 (or later).
