Performance Pays is an employee awards system, implemented by Xerox, that links recognition and incentive programs to a debit card; employees can redeem earned recognition points for merchandise or cash.
The Top Motivator category recognizes the best use of a business or corporate funded prepaid card that delivers incentives, rewards or rebates to consumers or promotes their loyal behavior. For nine years, Paybefore Awards has conferred the most prestigious recognition of excellence in the worldwide prepaid, mobile and emerging payments industry.

Xerox has issued more than 75,000 Performance Pays cards to Delta employees since May 2014, of which approximately 60 percent have been activated. On average, Xerox processes and manages 30,000 deposits per month.
