At GreatAmerica, April 1st signals not only the start of a new month, but the start of a new fiscal year. As a growing company we have many areas of focus as we strategically plan where the year will take us.  While several of our initiatives are new to the year, one initiative we will never lose focus on is our Mission and Principles.

GreatAmerica Mission: “We help our Customers achieve greater success.” During the last fiscal year, we made our Mission a priority, a “Mission: Possible” priority. Through our Mission: Possible theme our employees were encouraged to embrace our Mission as their own. But hey…don’t take my word for it. Watch this video of our employees sharing how they execute on our mission every day while living GreatAmerica Principle Number 7—“We celebrate successes, share rewards, and make time for fun.”
