Eric Eimbinder of CIT discusses his partnership with Konica Minolta, and how Managed Print Services changed the culture of print in the office.

CIT is a 100-year-old firm focused on the lending and leasing businesses. CIT recently acquired OneWest Bank and is now transitioning to the middle market bank, and has been working on that integration.

CIT looked at their print set up, finding it had lots of different printers from lots of different manufacturers, and a very inconsistent process in the way all the devices were supported. They were buying lots of toner, and realized that the process was broken and that a change needed to be made.
