Just about every company has a set of values. But does everyone dust them off, re-evaluate and actually make them a part of everyday business? We really do. Our values are important to us and we think they should be important to you too. Why? When you think about doing business together with Y Soft and your customers, it is a matter of trust. When we interview new hires, our formal process include questions that evaluate the candidate’s fit according to our values, most times the candidate doesn’t even realize it.
