We are pleased to announce the release of Facilities Manager 3.9.0 — featuring a variety of enhancements, including a new Device Inventory report. The Device Inventory report allows dealers to generate an XML file that provides device and customer/site details along with the latest scan data for meters and consumables.
Device Details – includes the following 12 fields:
Customer/Site Details – includes Customer Name, Customer Id, Site Name and Site ID.
Meters – includes both regular and extended Meter types.
Available meters (where supported by the device MIB) are:
PrintMono, PrintColor, CopierMono, CopierColor, FaxTotal, LargePaper,StaplesUsed, DuplexedPages, PagesPrintedFromDeviceLocalStorageTotal, PagesPrintedFromDeviceLocalStorageColor, PagesPrintedFromDeviceLocalStorageMono, ScanTotal, LifeTotal,LifeMono, LifeColor, PrintTotal, CopierTotal, ScanMono, ScanColor, CMYDevelopment, KDevelopment, SmallMono, SmallColor, LargeMono,LargeColor, BillingLevel1, BillingLevel2, BillingLevel3, Total2, TotalMono2, TotalColor2, Other
Consumables – includes standard (CMYK) toners and non-toner consumables.

- Alerting – Added the option to specify the timezone when configuring daily alert notifications.
- Alerting – Fixed issue with daily alert notifications being delivered one hour late, due to daylight savings time changes.
- Alerting – Added to the alerting summary notification XML, the Device Firmware Date, Version, Alert ID, and alert profile information (ID and name).
- Alerting – Added alert notification status information (Notification status, date/time and notification method) to the Active Alerts and Alert History pages.
- General – Improved toner days remaining calculations to provide more accurate rundown dates for devices that first report “OK” when toners are full, but then switch to percentages.
- Reporting – Added a new Customer Contact Info report which produces a report containing contact information for Customers and Sites.
- Reporting – Added a new Device Inventory XML export, which provides general device information and the most recent scan data for devices.
- Toner change – Improved toner change detection for HP devices reporting 100% in Low toner state.
- Toner change – Improved toner change detection to ignore toner change events if the serial number of a cartridge does not change.
