With the launch of uniFLOW Capture, NT‐ware provides an integrated workflow scanning solution with a device‐based licensing scheme. uniFLOW Capture is an easy to use software platform to manage all scanning in your organization. It is designed to allow users to scan, process and distribute documents around the organization, thus improving productivity and ensuring compliance.

To prevent unauthorized usage of the devices uniFLOW Capture allows users to identify themselves at the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE with a wide variety of identification methods. Following authentication, users see only the scan workflows that are relevant to them. These workflows will follow the end‐user, no matter which device they logon at.

After capturing images they can be automatically converted into fully searchable, structured and hyper‐compressed documents which can be edited, archived or integrated directly into your back‐end system.
Once these documents have been processed they can be automatically exported to various destinations. They can be emailed, placed in a shared network or personal folder, exported to a cloud based system or Microsoft SharePoint®, or to certain DMS/ECM systems, such as HP Worksite, FileNet Content Manager or Content Server.

After scanning a document, a preview can be generated allowing the end‐user to verify their job and also provides the capability of automatically or manually adding additional information to the job.
Fast and Flexible Processing
uniFLOW Capture can optimize the scan result and automatically process the images using zonal OCR or barcode recognition to extract the information contained therein. This allows to automatically pre‐fill index information or to be converted to a format, such as Microsoft Word®, avoiding errors caused by manual entry.
Distribute to where it is needed
Once captured and processed documents can be exported to a selection of destinations automatically. uniFLOW Capture provides the ability to scan documents directly to management systems such as Microsoft SharePoint®, Microsoft OneDrive™, Google Drive™, Evernote®, Dropbox, Box and numerous others, as highly compressed image files.
