COREFIDO helps MB760/MB770 and MC770/MC780 customers simplify the device management process and realize considerable savings by reducing total cost of ownership over the program’s 60-month term. Online product registration is simple, and provides protection for parts and labor – including transfer belt and fuser replacement – with on-site expert repairs done nationwide[2].
In addition to the warranty program, the COREFIDO initiative provides a way for customers to recycle used toner, image drums, transfer belts and fusers for registered devices. Replacement consumables are delivered along with return packaging for the spent units, and postage-paid shipping labels are available for download on the OKI Data website. This, too, is a free service for COREFIDO program participants, and encourages responsible recycling of Genuine OKI consumables.
