Following the very successful release of their analytics platform CompleteView complementing their assess design toolset Asset DB, NewField IT are now releasing User Analytics.

User Analytics presents a visual approach to following up on implemented Managed Print Services strategies and print policies.

Data collected via print accounting software such as Equitrac or SafeCom (other packages will follow in version 2 with an anticipated release early 2015) can be securely packaged and uploaded to the CompleteView server and viewed as dynamic charts as opposed to plain text reports.

The User Analytics tool guarantees the highest level of data protection for sensitive document or user details, and helps companies to encourage their new MPS strategy and printing policies, as well as recognising costs and savings specific to the correct department and budget. An on-premise version is available for organisations where required.

He continues, “CompleteView User Analytics is a really practical application of business intelligence technology allowing customers to manage data error, understand behaviour & workflow processes and reconcile the difference between service provider billing and what print management software has monitored.”

User Analytics officially launches to all territories covered by NewField IT software and services this week. Further details are available on www.newfieldit.com, for more information and questions contact NewField IT: www.newfieldit.com
