WAUKEGAN, IL (Jan. 28, 2015) — CEO of Impact Networking, Frank Cucco, announced the acquisition of NorthShore Business Technology, a Konica Minolta office equipment dealer headquartered in Kenosha, WI. NorthShore Business Technology has been in business for more than 75 years, allowing them to build strong relationships with more than 2,500 customers. This acquisition will immediately add $4.5 million of annual revenues for Impact. In the next few weeks Impact will rebrand and fully integrate the three NorthShore branches in Kenosha, WI, Rockford, IL, and Peru, IL.

Impact will now operate 12 branches across the Midwest, including offices in Indianapolis, IN, Madison, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Darien, IL, Waukegan, IL, Lake Forest, IL, and 2 Chicago offices. The Rockford, IL, and Peru, IL, offices will expand the Impact presence in Southern and Western Illinois, while the Kenosha office will increase market share of the Northern Illinois and Milwaukee service areas.
