KPB Printing has long provided digital and offset printing services for Colorado Springs and the surrounding area, primarily serving non-profit organizations and ministries. In a competitive market with limited budgets, KPB sought to find a more cost-efficient solution to serve its customer base. With the KODAK ACHIEVE Platesetter and KODAK SONORA XP Plates, we can run four-color plates in the same time it used to take us just to get to the service bureau,” Young noted.
The use of SONORA Plates also delivers environmental benefits by eliminating the need for processing chemicals. “While efficiency was a top priority, we also wanted to find a process-free solution. With SONORA XP Plates, these two priorities are no longer mutually exclusive,” Young added.
