By Wiebke Bortnik – 2015 was marked by growth and innovation for DocuWare. So what does that mean for you as a DocuWare user? How do you benefit from technology leadership in your everyday work? The answer can be found in the nearly 80 articles published this year that contain helpful information for you – and in all of the articles that will follow in 2016!

Your satisfaction is our driving force: it’s why usability was such an important component of DocuWare’s roadmap for 2015. And this will certainly continue on into 2016. Usability also helped shape our development of important new products for forms management, mobility, and cloud-based document management.

User-Friendly

DocuWare continues to build on browser technology as a critical part of the future. Launched this past October, the Web Client of DocuWare Version 6.8 now contains the complete functionality of an on-premise solution – coupled with the type of clean user interface so familiar from modern internet applications. How can you make the most of these features? Read on within the tips & tricks section of this blog. Or have a look at the tips in video format.

Top Form

With our new DocuWare Forms, it’s easy to integrate forms with your ECM and simplify document workflows. A classic example are forms used during the purchasing process.

Cloud-Based

All of DocuWare’s features are now available with our hosted cloud solution. With customizable packages of DocuWare Cloud, you can expand the software to meet your needs. DocuWare Cloud runs around the clock and you never have to worry about reliability, response times or upgrading an operating system. Why not make the switch in the new year?

Always Mobile

New year, new app: in 2014, PaperScan hit the stores; in 2015 DocuWare Hub followed, which is an app that lets you store documents from any app right into DocuWare. In 2016? We’re not going to spoil the surprise (yet!). But this much is clear: the readers of this product blog will be among the first to know!
