The Muratec MFX-3530 and MFX-3590 have received “2014 Pick-Of-The-Year – Outstanding Achievement for Energy Efficiency” from Buyers Laboratory Inc (BLI). Both multifunctional devices received the award after exemplary performance during BLI’s energy consumption lab testing.

According to BLI: Two Muratec devices exhibited exceptional energy efficiency in BLI’s environmental tests. In fact, the Muratec MFX-3590’s projected energy consumption rate was 51 percent lower than average and the MFX-3530’s projected energy consumption rate was 53 percent lower than average when compared against competitive A4-size monochrome MFPs in the small workgroup segment.

And both devices exhibited higher than average tested toner yields that also exceeded manufacturer-rated yields. Additional environmental benefits include automatic duplexing, job review mode for print output and toner-save print mode.
