Pacific Office Automation (POA) is proud to announce the acquisition of Northwest Office Technologies. Acquired in early February, the partnership means two new locations for POA in Spokane, Wash. and Post Falls, Idaho.

Northwest Office Technologies boasts more than 25 years of experience in sales, service, and cartridge remanufacturing and has demonstrated remarkable customer loyalty throughout the years.

“We are thrilled about the acquisition, as POA already serves many customers in the Spokane and Post Falls areas,” said Doug Pitassi, president of POA. “Providing direct service is a major factor in the decision to acquire Northwest Office Technologies.”

One of the goals of this partnership is to enable expansion in Spokane and Post Falls, as well as in the surrounding areas. To support this growth, POA will look to move the Spokane location into a larger space. POA currently offers four other locations in Washington (Everett, Kennewick, Seattle, and Tacoma), but this will be its first location in Idaho.

POA’s products and services will remain the same; it is an authorized dealer for Konica Minolta, Sharp Electronics, Canon, HP, FP Mailing Solutions, and VoIP, among others. Its full suite of office solutions include workflow, print, track, and control, document management systems, fax servers, desktop applications, production print, and security.
