SCHAUMBURG, IL, and MERRILLVILLE, IN, Issued  June 5, 2024… Pulse Technology (https://pulsetechnology.com), a technology company serving the IT, Managed Print Services and other needs of businesses throughout the Midwest and beyond, announced today that company Service Director Stephen Sheridan has been named to the coveted “Difference Maker” list by the national trade journal ENX Magazine (www.enxmag.com).

Each year, ENX Magazine seeks peer and industry recommendations for the people who are making a difference in the industry.

ENX published its annual “Difference Maker” list in their May 2024 issue, in which the magazine showcased a select group of professionals from across the United States. The magazine editors wrote,”The Difference Makers get things done, regardless of the degree of difficulty, because they’re predisposed to critical thinking and problem solving.”

Sheridan is a 43-year employee of Pulse Technology. He oversees the service functions of the company, including the service department, warehouse operations, and dispatching for the company’s Illinois and Indiana locations. He first joined the company right out of high school when the company was known as Des Plaines Office Equipment. He began his career building fuser rollers and setting up equipment back in high school.

The editors wrote, “One doesn’t survive 43 years without becoming a master of their craft, and Sheridan is no exception. A tech at heart, it’s not unusual to see Sheridan jump on dispatch calls and meet with technicians and clients.”

Vince Miceli, Vice President of Technology, said, “We’re thrilled that Stephen was selected for this recognition. He is the definition of Difference Maker, going above and beyond every time. He’s been an integral part of our company’s growth for four decades.”

“I’m grateful to ENX Magazine for this honor,” said Sheridan, who added, “We all appreciate the great work that ENX does to provide coverage of and support for our industry.”
