DENVER, Colorado, October 13, 2020— In support of their mission to ensure the vitality, innovation, and success of their printing and associate members, Printing Industry Midwest (PIM) is partnering with PrintReleaf to provide members with an innovative alternative on sustainable paper certification for commercial printers and their customers.

Using PrintReleaf, PIM members and their customers can demonstrate their commitment to minimize their impact on the environment through print. PrintReleaf will simply measure their total paper consumption for any print job, then automatically and certifiably reforest that total into an equivalent number of trees at a reforestation site of their choice.

“Today’s print customers are both data-driven and environmentally conscious. The PrintReleaf program allows print service providers the ability to prove the sustainability of print. It’s that simple and that powerful of a program. We are excited to bring this opportunity to our members in the Upper Midwest,” reported Steve Bonoff, President of PIM.

“PrintReleaf is excited to work with PIM, their members, and their customers to mutually expand our certification system in the Midwest. It’s a great opportunity to benefit printers that want to strengthen their environmental certification while benefiting customers and our forests,” said Jordan Darragh, PrintReleaf’s CEO. PIM members are invited to an exclusive preview of the PrintReleaf program on December 1, 2020. The online event is free to attend but advanced registration is required. Register HERE.
