Position Summary
This position contributes to the overall performance of the help desk operation. This role directs the activities to effect real time problem analysis and resolutions. Desktop Support Technicians routinely perform system administration functions such as installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical assistance and training to system users by performing the following duties.
