The DocuPRO Embedded Web Client offers a web based graphical user interface that runs on Konica Minolta MFP’s. The cleverly designed lay-out of the DocuPRO application ensures easy navigation of the intuitive interface for print, copy and scan. A very sought after function of the Embedded Web Client is protecting your documents through secure print release.

To release your documents you can identify yourself at the Konica Minolta MFP by choosing between extensive ID-options such as manual log-in, scanning your fingerprint (biometrics) or presenting a card to the inepro RFID reader. By enabling secure release your print jobs will never unintentionally end up with someone else.

With the PrintMyDoc feature documents can be sent or uploaded from any (mobile) device to a Konica Minolta MFP without additional necessary actions such as logging into the local network. The Follow Me&You feature ensures that a queued print job can be retrieved from any Konica Minolta MFP within the same group of devices in an organisation. The document follows the user, which is ideal when a MFP runs out of ink/paper or is out of order. Guaranteeing most uptime of the MFP fleet.
