EveryonePrint has achieved ISO/IEC 27001 certification, the internationally recognised standard for information security management systems (ISMS). Prepared and published by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), the certification, which requires a rigorous assessment of an organisation’s information security management controls, confirms that a company’s data security systems meet industry best practices.

Certification was attained following an assessment of EveryonePrint’s policies, procedures, processes and systems, completed by global inspection, verification, testing and certification company, SGS. The award recognises the company’s systematic approach to managing its and its customers’ sensitive information. It also demonstrates that robust processes are in place to build resilience and help avoid potential data security issues.

Attaining ISO 27001 forms part of EveryonePrint’s ongoing effort to set the standard for security. Hybrid Cloud Platform (HCP), its multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud print infrastructure platform has been built from the ground up to ensure the highest possible security compliance. Full data encryption and built-in auditing functionality helps customers proactively protect information, track documents, manage risk and achieve compliance.  HCP provides the strongest security between endpoints including encryption of data at rest, role-based permissions can be achieved through integration with cloud-based authentication providers such as Okta, and customers implementing a Zero Trust network are able to use their own certificate infrastructure.

“This certification is a significant achievement and clearly demonstrates our commitment to the highest standards of data security,” said Tavs Dalaa, CEO, EveryonePrint. “Compliance with this internationally recognised standard proves the completeness and strength of our security controls, providing our partners and clients with independently verified assurance that we take the protection of their data extremely seriously. Customers and partners can be confident in our ability to meet and exceed their expectations in terms of secure information handling.”
