Brad Knepper, CEO of All Copy Products, is announcing the ground breaking of the newly planned corporate headquarters in Denver, CO. As a Denver based organization, the company felt it was imperative to partner with local talent in the development and execution of the project. MOA Architects designed the building, and Bryan Construction will be building the headquarters through the project’s inception to total completion in Q1 of 2019.

“Bryan Construction’s Denver team is honored to build All Copy’s new headquarters. Just as All Copy customizes their office solutions around the needs of their clients, so did Bryan Construction when planning for and constructing All Copy’s new office. Great teams build great partnerships,” said Scott Boal, Executive Manager of Bryan Construction’s Denver group.

The total value of the overall project is $34mm. With five stories and 81,000 sq. ft., the building will be attached to the current 25,000 sq. ft. standing structure. The new campus will have amenities for visitors, tenants, and employees alike. The new corporate headquarters will feature a 180 space vehicle parking structure, 30 outdoor parking spaces, indoor fitness center with locker room, and a 2600 sq. ft. patio at the corner of the fifth floor facing the mountains as well as downtown.

“MOA Architecture is excited to be working with All Copy Products to design a headquarters building for them that represents the forward-thinking culture of their company and assists them in attracting and retaining the best talent in their markets.” Stated Bret Kudlicki, Senior Project Manager, MOA Architecture.

One of the many high-tech features that will appeal to everyone is the incorporation of Electrochromic glass from Sageglass. The All Copy Products building will be the one of the first buildings in the entire state of Colorado to adopt this glass. Each window is electrically charged to change the level of tint based on the brightness of the sun and is LEED certified. This glass eliminates the need for blinds which can be a considerable savings not only in the physical inventory of blinds, but in heating and air conditioning costs as well.
