West Reading, PA, November 11, 2019– Fraser Advanced Information Systems is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim Pierce to the role of Chief Operations Officer.  Mr. Pierce was previously the Vice President of Operations with Fraser.  He began his career with the company in 1973 as a Field Service Technician and rose through the ranks to Branch Service Manager in 1982, Regional Service Manager in 1986, General Service Manager in 1996 and Vice President of Operations in 2000.

In his new role, Mr. Pierce will oversee all aspects of business operations geared toward meeting business goals and growth projections. In close collaboration with the CEO, he will work to build upon existing management teams within the organization, as well as develop new talent that will continue to fuel the expansion of Fraser’s business technology offerings.  As a member of Fraser’s Leadership Team, Mr. Pierce will play a critical role in the company’s strategic planning and process implementation.
