When DocuWare Mobile II and II Plus for iPad was launched on November 19, 2011, the App Store was only three years old and carried about 500,000 apps. DocuWare Mobile II and DocuWare Mobile II Plus were among the first to build on the modern REST interface. That meant more speed and higher stability for our customers and users.
We always want to meet increases in usability and functionality demands by building interesting features that are based on the latest technologies.
For this reason, DocuWare Mobile II and DocuWare Mobile II Plus will be discontinued on December 31, 2016. After this date, the apps can no longer be downloaded from the App Store. If you have installed the apps on your iPhone, they will remain in place. However, please note that for DocuWare versions newer than DocuWare 6.10 they won’t be able to use DocuWare Mobile II (Plus) and we won’t be able to provide any support.

We would like to thank all of our customers and users of DocuWare Mobile II for their loyalty. We recommend that you migrate now to the current version DocuWare Mobile, which we launched in May 2016 in the App Stores. The new DocuWare Mobile is available for the three major platforms (Android, iOS and Windows Phone) with a new design, intuitive operation, and highlights such as working with workflow tasks.
The switch to DocuWare Mobile is easy. Download the app from a store and connect the app with your DocuWare system by scanning the QR codes in the main menu of the DocuWare Client under “Mobile Apps.”
