(Harlan, IA) – COUNSEL is offering a free Multi-Function Printing Device (MFD) to qualifying area nonprofit groups. The offer is made to offer support the work of community-focused organizations within COUNSEL’s trade area.

“There are so many organizations that are working hard to help our communities but hold-back on investing in office efficiency through office technology,’ stated Ryan Lundgren, Vice President of Sales for COUNSEL. ‘We have a limited number of free MFDs that we’re making available to be put to use towards making our communities better and stronger.”

The criteria for obtaining a free MFD from COUNSEL is simple: the organization must be a recognized non-for-profit  organization within COUNSEL’s 5-state trade area, the organization must be able to show how they provide a direct service benefiting their general community. The organization must also contact COUNSEL prior to 12/31/16.

Based on the organizations requirements, a reconditioned and warrantied MFD will be delivered before January 31, 2017, complete with full setup, installation and employee training. Non-profit organizations should contact COUNSEL at 1-712-560-6848 or email Ryan Lundgren, lundgrenr@counseldoc.com for additional information. Supplies of free MFDs are limited and offered on a first-approved, first-served basis and does not include paper, staples or ongoing maintenance contract charges.
