Access Control Devices, Inc. (ACDI), a leading distributor of PaperCut software in North America, announced today that Tim Higgs has joined the company as a Regional Solutions Manager.
Higgs comes to ACDI with 18 years of management experience in the office equipment industry. His proven ability to understand challenges and opportunities from front-line to high-level stakeholders will be key in growing ACDI’s reseller network in the South Central region. In his new role, Higgs will continue to nurture long-standing partnerships with prominent office equipment resellers.

He has a well-rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities that sales reps face, as well as ownership. The newly appointed Regional Sales Manager anticipates a seamless transition of major accounts from preceding South Central Regional Solutions Manager Jason Andrews. After six years of service with ACDI, Andrews will assume a new sales leadership role as National Sales Manager overseeing the company’s seven regional managers.

Prior to joining ACDI, Higgs served at Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. in an executive management role, including positions as Vice President of Enterprise Services and Vice President of Sales in the Kentucky marketplace. He has nearly two decades of combined sales leadership experience across the office equipment industry, namely software sales and office automation technology.
In his personal time, Higgs is an avid fisherman and a diehard Kentucky Wildcat fan who enjoys outdoor activities with his two children.
