By Andy Slawetsky – In their first Ricoh dealer meeting since they were acquired, DocuWare was on display at the Ricoh ConvergX conference held in Las Vegas Nov. 18 – 20.

With over 400 resellers in attendance, DocuWare had a full team on hand to meet with senior executives from imaging dealers as they provided demos of their document management solutions.

Ricoh executives indiciated during the press meeting that DocuWare technology was critical to their future and Ricoh placed them in the best area at the product fair with a large booth located right near the main entrance.

While DocuWare is now owned by Ricoh, they are operating indepentantly and they’re still agnostic, working with dealers regardless of their A3 brands.

DocuWare provides digital document management and automated workflows to organizations of any size and across all major industries from manufacturing and retail to healthcare and government. With availability in 16 languages and supporting cloud and on-premises deployments, DocuWare currently serves 12,000 customers across 90 countries with a global network of over 600 partners.
