Pulse-themed event to highlight business growth through Sharp’s global partnerships.

MONTVALE, N.J. Nov. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA), a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation (SEC), is hosting its National Dealer Meeting from November 28 to December 1, 2017 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix, AZ.

At its flagship dealer event, themed “Pulse 2017,” Sharp will demonstrate how the company is uniquely positioned to maximize today’s office environment, as well as develop systems for the office of the future by having its finger on the pulse of technology.

Sharp will reveal how dealerships can provide their customers with complementary products that will help their businesses grow through leveraging Sharp’s new global business alliances and partnerships. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet Sharp senior executives, attend informative educational seminars and experience new technologies first hand through an impressive product fair that will feature the company’s award-winning product line, new adjacent products, and more than 50 third-party exhibitors and sponsors, including VIP sponsors: Clover Imaging Group, Docukit and DLL.

At the event, Sharp will show more than 20 new document systems products, 10 office display products as well as products in new categories, such as network storage and office water generation.

New Line of Monochrome Workgroup Document Systems
Sharp will showcase its new line of ledger-size monochrome workgroup document systems, launching in December, which include 10 models from 30 – 60 ppm, based on the previously released color Advanced and color Essentials Series. Built on a clean sheet, single-engine design, the new monochrome Advanced and monochrome Essentials Series offer users crisp, high-quality output with exceptional ease of use. These new models are designed with the customer in mind, providing a seamless user experience while leveraging integrated solutions through the easy-to-use touch-screen interface common to Sharp’s color Advanced and color Essentials Series. The new monochrome Advanced Series models include the MX-M3070, MX-M3570, MX-M4070, MX-M5070 and MX-M6070 document systems. The new monochrome Essentials Series models include the MX-M3050, MX-M3550, MX-M4050, MX-M5050 and MX-M6050 document systems.

Additionally, Sharp will announce two new 26 ppm ledger-size, entry-level workgroup models, one color model available in December and one monochrome model, which will be available in the spring. Both models are based on Sharp’s Essentials Series and offer a similar feature set.

New Line of Monochrome Desktop Document Systems   
Sharp will also showcase its new line of letter/legal size monochrome desktop document systems, which include two Advanced Series models, available in December –- two Essentials Series models and two printer models that will be available in the spring. The two models in each series will have print speeds of 35 ppm and 45 ppm. The MX-B355W and MX-B455W Advanced Series models use controller technology from Sharp’s new ledger-size monochrome Advanced Series, offering high productivity and strong features, all in a small, compact design.

The MX-B355W and MX-B455W models also offer out-of-the-box copy, print scan and fax capabilities and come equipped with Sharp’s multi-layered security suite, which includes 256-bit data encryption, up to 10-times data overwrite protection and an End-of-Lease feature, which erases all data and personal information at time of trade in.

Sharp’s new models also come equipped with the newest version of Sharp OSA® technology for easy integration with network applications and cloud services.

New High-speed, Light Production Color Document Systems
The new Pro Series MX-7090N and MX-8090N Color Document Systems, launching in December, round out Sharp’s high-speed light production product lineup, offering copy and print speeds up to 80 pages per minute. Replacing the MX-6500N and MX-7500N models, these new document systems feature Sharp’s customizable touchscreen display that includes the same familiar interface and controller architecture as the color Advanced and Essentials Series. The new Pro Series offers a choice of three powerful controllers, including two optional Fiery® Print Servers that feature the latest FS300 Pro and FS300 platforms, enabling customers the freedom to choose the right fit, custom tailored to their workflow requirements.

The MX-7090N and MX-8090N are built for color critical and Print On-Demand markets, and feature groundbreaking edge-to-edge printing capability, enabling print professionals to print beautifully finished full-bleed booklets inline at up to 120 pages long. The new external MX-PE13 Fiery Print Server is available for environments such as central reprographics departments (CRDs), and in-plant printing facilities that require precise color control, job management and workflow automation. Job management is made easy with full access to Fiery Command WorkStation® right from the operation panel of the MFP, saving time and eliminating the need for additional workstations, a feature not offered on competitive models. The embedded MX-PE14 Fiery Print Server is also being offered optionally for those customers looking for high-quality output and the signature Fiery job management they require at an entry level price.

All of Sharp’s newest document systems offer users powerful multitasking features, enabling them to quickly execute tasks in today’s busy work environments. They also include a customizable touchscreen display, providing users with a friendly graphical interface that offer a clean design, simplified Easy Modes and integrated operation guides.

Network Storage Devices  
Sharp will be offering both enterprise level and small business level network storage devices from Thecus through its distribution channel. Embedded with an Intel® Celeron™ processor J1900 Quad Core 2.0 GHz SoC and Mini-UPS battery, the Thecus® N5810Pro empowers SMB users with lightning fast performance while providing impenetrable data integrity. The Thecus N12910SAS is an enterprise-class SAS-enabled NAS that includes a 12 bay network-attached storage and offers massive scalability, trail-blazing speed with uncompromising reliability for optimal data storage performance.

Professional Displays
In addition to its expansive portfolio of MFPs, Sharp will also showcase some of its award-winning line of professional displays at the National Dealer Meeting, including an amazing demonstration of its 8K technology, featuring 16 times the pixel resolution of 1080p. To date this year, Sharp has launched more than 20 professional AV products.

Skywell® Atmospheric Water Generator   
Sharp will also showcase the market’s first smart atmospheric water generation (AWG) dispenser for offices—which produces water right from the air’s natural moisture. Through its strategic alliance with Skywell, a leading water technology company, Sharp is giving office workers the power to control their own water and eliminate reliance on plastic bottles, which addresses increased workplace demand for sustainable solutions. Skywell dispensers collect moisture from the air through condensation and then use a six-stage water filtration system to create clean, pure drinking water. In addition, it can easily be installed into a variety of work environments, with no plumbing or water lines required.
