November 2019 – Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to Encore Images, Inc. and its owners Laurel and Paul Mervis on the sale of assets to Printer Pro Solutions, Inc. Terms of the transaction are confidential.
