I spoke with Khalil Hussain, Sales Manager at Printerland and asked him to share some insights about their services and, in particular, the role that Xerox Supplies Service plays in delivering a premium level of service to their clients.

Xerox Supplies Service is a free piece of software that, once installed, monitors toner levels in your customers’ printers – no matter the brand. It automatically notifies you when toner is running low, so you can pre-empt their order and secure the business. It is an efficient way for your customers to manage their printer supplies stocks and maintain maximum office productivity.

“The key to delivering a great customer experience is in understanding what that means to each and every customer,” says Khalil. “We ask them how they would like to work with us. Then we know if they want us to call regularly or if they don’t.
