WAUKEE, IOWA – This week Access Systems moves into their newly built office in the Cedar Rapids area. The new office will decentralize services from the Waukee office making support quicker for Access’s Eastern Iowa customers. It has a Network Operation Center (or NOC) which has same setup as the main NOC in Waukee. The NOC manages IT support and monitoring as well as remote service for telecommunications and copiers/printers. Another main feature is the full-size warehouse. With another full-size warehouse, Access will be able to support their 14 locations better than ever.

“We are excited for this new move. It will only boost our productivity,” said Jared Adam, branch manager. “Our Eastern Iowa customers will experience better communication and quicker service than ever before.”

This expansion will support Access as they continue to grow across the Midwest. You can now find Access Systems at their new address: 1700 Hawkeye Drive Suite A, Hiawatha, Iowa 52233
