“Xerox desperately needs new leadership,” Icahn wrote in a caustic letter to company shareholders Tuesday. “There is still time for change — but very little.”

Icahn wants to replace CEO Jeff Jacobson and shake-up Xerox’s board of directors, who “seem to have their heads in the sand just like at Eastman Kodak.” (Both Jacobson and Xerox’s chairman Robert Keegan were former Kodak executives.)
