1. Don’t overspend on servicing

When something is wrong with a printer, most people instinctively callout an engineer. However, in the event of minor problems, callouts can be time-consuming and cost-ineffective. Fortunately, many of Samsung’s Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) are equipped with the Smart UX Center, which let you download powerful diagnostic apps.

These apps include the Smart Printer Diagnostic System, an access point for Samsung service manuals, technical information and how-to videos – handy for self-fixing smaller printer issues. And with RemoteCall and RemoteView, it is easy to get real-time troubleshooting help from engineers – all from the comfort of your Smart UX Center. These apps let specialists check your device’s status remotely and provide handy resources. The former operates on PCs only, while RemoteView also allows engineers to access via mobile devices.
