To become an Ecopartner, including access to both the ecoprintQ and PaperCut Resource Centers (trial software, manuals and setup guides, brochures, product information and pricing is sourced, organizations must meet the following criteria:
- Be directly involved in software sales within the IT or copy and print industry
- Provide both phone/help desk and on-site technical support (ASC Only)
- Employ at least 1 x Microsoft MSCE or MSCA qualified engineer or equivalent skills
- Have an established customer base
- In operation for more than 12 months
