Marco, Inc. has been named a 2015 Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register. The Top Workplaces are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
Marco’s Des Moines sales team accepted the award and was recognized during the Top Workplaces Awards Luncheon at the Des Moines Marriott on September 9, 2015.
