Elatec GmbH and Elatec USA hold 2 meetings a year, one in the summer and one in the winter. In these meetings the entire sales team get together for training, strategizing, new product discussions and always a little fun rolled in to two very important annual meetings.
They have always taken place in Germany, until now. Elatec USA in Palm City Florida will host it’s first Winter Sales Meeting. Elatec will have employees from Germany, Poland, Australia, Czechoslovakia, France, UK, Bosnia and Holland along with it’s US team on US soil for the first time.
This will be a treat for many of them since South Florida really doesn’t have a winter, they just call it winter to sound tough like the rest of the US. This was a very good year for Elatec as it had tremendous growth on both sides of the operation. Elatec also has great expectations for 2018 and the strategies will be ironed out at this event.
