Advanced Office Systems, Inc. and Saratoga Technologies are joining forces. We have already begun the process of merging our businesses together. The process will be swift and painless and will feature a host of new benefits for you, our valued customer. Now this may raise all kinds of questions so we would like to allay any fears you may have by answering some of the most common ones right now.

• Is Saratoga Technologies going to honor my current service contract, service agreement, service plan or other currently fixed plan(s) that I may have now with Advanced Office Systems? –YES. Any current, signed agreement you are under will be honored both in price and service level for the term you have signed for. We only want one thing – a completely satisfied customer.

• What is happening to the staff of Advanced Office Systems? –We are all coming on board with Saratoga. We will continue to serve your account just as we always have. We will be full time employees working in the same capacity as we did before.

• Will you be moving your offices? – We will operate out of the Advanced Office Systems building and welcome the Saratoga team as they make this their new Knoxville location. We will continue to fully serve and support the entire Knoxville/Chattanooga, TN market with our complete offering of on-site services. • If I currently have a lease with A.O.S. Leasing, will I continue to pay them as usual? – Your existing lease with   A.O.S. Leasing has also been purchased by Saratoga’s own leasing company and in future payment will need to be made to Saratoga Financial Services. Any signed lease agreement will be honored and carried out through the duration of the term in which you have signed for. You may remit all lease payments to Saratoga Financial Services, 10645 Dutchtown Rd, Knoxville, TN 37932.
