MPS COMPLIANT-ANALYSIS OF PRINTER / COPIER MODELS January 2017

Introduction

The first Nubeprint MPS Compliance Report is dated July 2011. The Report is the result of deep testing of printer and copier models installed at customers, and under theassumption that the device has to be managed remotely using a data collection agent (DCA). Because the devices are tested for compliance in a working environment, the testtakes place under the same conditions that any dealer faces when operating its managed print service contracts.

The age of the printer is not a barrier to complete the testing. Consequently, among the tens of thousands of versions of device models tested and managed using Nubeprint software, we find 20+ year old printers and copiers, together with models that are just a few weeks new to the market.
