Fast-growing company seeking $6.9 million for SoBro property.

By  – Fast-growing office technology supplier NovaCopy Inc. will be the anchor tenant for the three-story, 30,000-square-foot Sylvan Station mixed-use building planned at 4100 Charlotte Ave.

The Nashville-based company will occupy the top two floors totaling 20,000 square feet at the building, which will be developed by a partnership in which NovaCopy CEO Darren Metz is majority shareholder. Sylvan Station will also include a roughly 10,000-square-foot ground floor with three suites for restaurant or retail tenants.

“We’re really excited about the new headquarters,” Metz said about the planned Charlotte Avenue building to which NovaCopy plans to relocate within a year.
