Service management software developers Vantage have released the Enterprise version of their cloud-based Vantage Online solution.

Designed specifically for the office equipment and MPS markets, Vantage Online is designed to make billing, helpdesk, stock, reporting and management functions as responsive and efficient as possible. It gives in-depth insight into operations, enabling clients to save time, reduce costs and improve efficiency. For businesses who need their service management system to go above and beyond, Vantage Online Enterprise includes all the features of the standard edition, with added benefits.

Enterprise includes access to the comprehensive API, allowing clients to integrate their CRM, email marketing and business-critical ERP systems with Vantage Online to ensure that duplication of data entry is kept to an absolute minimum.

In addition, Vantage will provide assistance and API access to any verified complimentary partner who wishes to integrate their solution with Vantage Online. As just one example, this can mean that orders raised in Vantage Online can be passed seamlessly to a supplier’s back-office system, with confirmation of stock-status and pricing returning from the supplier. From some systems, the supplier’s invoice can even be sent directly into Vantage Online.

Enterprise also adds an updated customer web portal, which enables a users’ clients to log faults and raise tickets, request consumables and enter meter readings. Used in conjunction with the API, supplier integration and email functionality, this solution gives users the ability to provide complete end-to-end customer service.

Of the reasons behind creating Vantage Online Enterprise, Managing Director Tony Milford says:

“Vantage Online was always designed to be as open and flexible as we could make it. After its successful launch in late 2016, the next stage was to bring joined-up thinking to our clients’ sometimes disparate systems, without forcing them to use only solutions provided by us. We want our clients to be able to use the CRM or DCA that works best for them. This also applies to which suppliers, accounts package or eMarketing solution they use. The Enterprise edition of Vantage Online is for clients who are fed up of entering and updating data in multiple locations and marks just the start of our journey to deliver truly joined up thinking to businesses, irrespective of their size and budget.”
