SEATTLE – Aric Manion, President and Owner of Kelley Imaging Systems in Kent, WA was presented with a Patriot Award on February 26th by Larry Kirchner, Military Outreach Representative for the Washington State Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Committee, in recognition of his extraordinary support of an employee who serves in the United States Air Force Reserve.

Manion was nominated by USAFR Chief Master Sergeant Ronald Rupright for his support of Rupright’s military service with the Air Force Reserve. CMS Rupright manages service support for Kelley Imaging’s customers in his civilian position. “The Patriot Award was created by ESGR to publicly recognize individuals who provide outstanding patriotic support and cooperation to their employees, who like the citizen warriors before them, have answered their nation’s call to serve,” said Kirchner. “Supportive supervisors are critical to maintaining the strength and readiness of the nation’s Guard and Reserve units.”

Rupright, in the award nomination, expressed his appreciation for the support and accommodation provided by Manion at his workplace, stating “it is an honor to work with an organization that values military members and looks to hire more for the future growth of the company.”
