An Important Update On Our Response to COVID-19 from Dex Imaging

DEX Imaging is taking every precaution to ensure safety as we continue to service our customers during the coronavirus pandemic, including the following protocols designed to keep us all safe.

In response to recent news and updates about the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to communicate the steps being taken to ensure the safety of our customers and our employees as we continue to provide service. We have implemented a number of new protocols for our employees and have added additional sanitizing measures as well.

All employees are washing and sanitizing their hands throughout their shifts and between customer visits. DEX service and delivery employees have been provided with disposable gloves that will be changed in between customer visits, and as always, we are ensuring that sick employees do not come to work. Additionally, we are conducting extensive cleaning and disinfecting, as well as adding sanitizers at all DEX locations and in all DEX company vehicles.

We are dedicated to providing service without interruption. If service lapses from any of your other office equipment vendors, please don’t hesitate to call on DEX.

Once again, to help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses, the CDC recommends:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • If soap and water are unavailable, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
