If you were not able to join us for the Annual Meeting in New Orleans this week, your rebate check will be mailed out to you by the end of March. We returned a record amount of rebates back to our membership for your 2017 purchases. Help me to make that same statement again next year by increasing your purchases from our great vendor partners.
Also be on the lookout for our annual audit paperwork. You will be receiving a sheet that includes all of your purchases by vendor. Please take a moment to review this information for accuracy. We depend on our vendors to provide purchase information to us and we use that to determine the amount of your rebate check. While these vendor reports are 98% accurate, there could be some purchases that were missed. If you have discovered a discrepancy, please provide us with PO numbers, invoice numbers or any other information that we can take back to the vendors.
