The new MP C2004ex/ MP C2504ex Series are the replacements for the MP C2004/MP C2504 models; and the new MP C3004ex/MP C3504ex Series replace the MP C3004/MP C3504 models.
These new “ex” models add extended print and smart support-related capabilities designed to maximize customer satisfaction and machine uptime, features that build value and competitive differentiation. They extend Ricoh’s Workstyle Innovation Technology platform, designed to help integrate multiple processes and simplify complex tasks across an office and throughout an organization.
These new products focus on our customers’ essential needs of having a secure platform along with the flexibility to support complex workflows. According to Ricoh, “With the addition of standard support for Postscript3 and PDF Direct Print, they will deliver even more value to our customers.”
