By Andy Slawetsky – DocuWare had a busy booth at this year’s ITEX show and with Document Management being one of the five key pieces to the “ITEX puzzle,” it wasn’t hard to understand why.
They also had an espresso machine and baristas handing out amazing (and free) coffee. Brilliant! I’ve said it before, know your audience.
During this ITEX, I had the opportunity to meet and chat with new DocuWare president Jim Roberts, who took over last month. Jim is excited to continue DocuWare’s strong position in this channel and it was great to see him at this year’s ITEX attending sessions and manning the booth to meet dealers.
