By Sarita Robinson – Brandi Hamilton has been living the dream at ACDI since 2012. A prime example of how to strive for and achieve professional growth, she has served in key roles within the company, most recently as Lead Project Coordinator. Her energetic attitude and commitment to customer advocacy has proven indispensable as Brandi now steps into her new role as the Regional Solutions Specialist supporting dealers in the Mountain and West regions.

Tell us about your professional background.

I started in the workforce early in life. My first summer job was painting houses but until I learned how to wash and dry the paintbrushes correctly, I was not allowed to touch the house. That was a long summer but I eventually made my way up to switch plate remover and ladder carrier. Never got to paint a house so, over the years, I went on to work in tech support, as a legal assistant, and in a property management role before joining the team at ACDI.

Would you say you have any hidden talents?
Painting houses, I bet.
