The main aim with OrderCaddy is to automate the billing file one gets from Xerox, either XPPS or PageConnect, and tie it into Cloud based accounting platforms with an open API like Quickbooks, Freshbooks, or ZohoBooks. Pahoda Image Products decided to make this move because they got really frustrated with how long it was taking to invoice clients each month manually, so they made an automated system themselves. Once the product was created internally and proven to work without consistent errors, it only makes sense to offer it to others.

Jesse Harwell also said “With OrderCaddy, these dealers have a fresh new possibility. Sales reps can spend time selling and operations can keep devices in scope. Our view is there should not be a Xerox dealer in the country doing XPPS or PageConnect who invoices one by one. Why use human capital when systems can be automated? Technically speaking, we could be helping our competitors get more efficient if they use OrderCaddy for their dealership, but that is a risk we are happy to take.”
