Over two dozen employees at NT-ware’s HQ in Bad Iburg Germany participated in a local organized B2B company run on May 28.
According to the B2B Company run website, 12,500 people from about 550 companies joined this year’s run.
The idea was to find a healthy way to achieve goals together and inspire teamwork. And who can’t benefit from a little exercise?
Runners of all skill levels participated, including many who had never run in an organized race before.
Indeed, I saw a group of them run right by the conference room window at the end of the day during my meeting there this past spring. Work had let out and they were training (we were eating jelly donuts when they ran by waving).
