At Marco, we recently rolled out a new managed services pricing model that offers customers the opportunity to pay a flat monthly fee for their print services. It includes toner, break fix service, remote help desk support and device replacement. In terms of the services being delivered, nothing changed for the customers. They no longer need to worry about collecting meter readings or overage charges.
