Claude Jacobs of NT-ware unexpectedly passed away. Many of you reading this knew Claude from his Ricoh days, or perhaps Samsung or his most recent gig with NT-ware, which he just started in May.
I met Claude several times over the years. He was a nice guy with a big smile, and a fellow motorcycle ride. This is quite a bummer. A toast to a classy guy.
